Yinfan Huang is a Chinese cartoonist and illustrator based in New York City. She has illustrated a variety of books and contributed cartoons, comics, and editorial illustrations to magazines, brands, and institutions worldwide.

Her client list includes prestigious names such as The New Yorker, The New York Times, 3M Post-it Notes, Kids Can Press, Society of Illustrators, Cup of Jo, Flow Magazine, and PLANSPONSOR. She has received awards from American Illustration, the Society of Illustrators, and the World Illustration Awards.

After moving to the U.S. at 22 and beginning her career in cartoons in her 30s, Yinfan is the first cartoonist born and raised in mainland China to be published in both the print and online formats of The New Yorker.

She is the author-illustrator of the graphic memoir, Yellow Singing Sail: A Memoir of an Only Child in China. Yinfan lives in NYC with her two cats and two chinchillas.
