Carol Hinz at Lerner/Carolrhoda has acquired world rights to The Periodic Table of Poetry by Irene Latham and Charles Waters, illustrated by Joanne Lew-Vriethoff, an anthology featuring 27 poetic elements—from line breaks and stanzas to wordplay, onomatopoeia, and repetition that illuminates the joys of reading and writing poetry. Publication is scheduled for spring 2028; Rosemary Stimola at Stimola Literary Studio represented the authors, and James McGowan at Bookends Literary represented the illustrator.
