Choose To Read Ohio (CTRO) spotlights Ohio authors and illustrators, and promotes reading across Ohio. Each CTRO booklist highlights representative books, for readers of all ages, by exciting, talented creators who, collectively, write across genres, explore a wide array of topics, and appeal to all age groups. Readers' guides ("CTRO toolkits") are available for all CTRO books from current and past program cycles.
CTRO is a joint initiative of the State Library of Ohio, Ohioana Library, and Ohio Center for the Book, designed to engage Ohio readers and support Ohio authors, illustrators, and literature.
