A SNAG by debut author-illustrator Lydia Nichols sells to FSG (Agent: Erica Rand Silverman)

Nancy Conescu at FSG has bought, at auction, A Snag by Lydia Nichols, a debut picture book about two lumberjacks who are planning to cut down a dead tree, only to discover that the tree is not so dead, and the animals living in it have no plans to leave. Publication is scheduled for winter 2028; Erica Rand Silverman at Stimola Literary Studio did the deal for world rights.
